Good access to two different Subway lines, complimentary free coffee available, vicinity to gaming stations and servant cafes

Laundry room and washers/dryers show signs of neglect!!! The area around the hotel feels unsafe at times, especially after dark. Rooms could stand to be larger for comfort!!!

The room was compact but surprisingly cozy. I liked the view of the Mirai Tower from mine. Daily housekeeping kept it clean, and I appreciated the coin-operated laundry. The vending machines offered snacks, but no alcohol, which was fine. The free coffee was great, available all day until 9 PM. Breakfast was hearty and included lots of good options. It was a decent stay overall!

The location was superb, right in the city center, making it easy to explore nearby Central Park and indulge in underground shopping. Daily breakfast featured a fantastic variety, especially the delicious cabbage salad with sesame dressing that I couldn't get enough of!

Room had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a private bathroom with good quality shampoo and conditioner. Loved the free breakfast with curry rice and fresh bread. All-day coffee.
